1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a full refund, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. Any piece that has been altered, damaged after delivery, or is missing parts will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged during transit, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
