Every artwork at Zenoart is 100% handmade by the artist. We do not sell digital prints or machine reproductions. Because of the nature of physical paint and varnishing, each piece requires a final inspection and drying period. Orders are typically processed and handed over to our couriers within 3 to 5 business days.
2. Professional Gallery Packaging
Since you are receiving a one-of-a-kind physical painting, we use specialized multi-layer packaging to protect the texture and strokes. Your art is wrapped in moisture-proof material, padded with shock-absorbent layers, and secured in heavy-duty reinforced boxes to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
3. Safe & Insured Delivery
Every shipment is insured against damage or loss during transit. Once your painting is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your artwork's journey from the artist's studio to your doorstep.
4. Delivery Timelines
Most domestic orders are delivered within 7 to 10 days after dispatch. However, delivery times may vary depending on your specific location in India, regional holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.
5. Upon Arrival
We recommend inspecting the package at the time of delivery. If the external box shows signs of severe damage, please take a photo before opening. Please note that we offer a 72-hour full refund guarantee if the artwork itself does not meet your expectations upon arrival.
